If you are inquiring about a missing item or a defective product, we will ONLY process a warranty claim if you recorded a video opening the box and clearly showed the missing item or defective product as soon as you opened it.

Please note: We do not offer refunds or returns. All approved cases will be handled as warranty claims and replacements only.


Installation Warning

DO NOT install the product in your car and then claim it is defective. Many shops and installers damage the item during installation and shift the blame to us.

We thoroughly inspect and test every product before shipment, ensuring that everything is in perfect working condition when it leaves our facility. The only way to properly verify that you received a faulty unit is by recording a video of yourself opening the box and testing the product immediately upon receipt.

DO NOT install it or send it to a shop before verifying that everything works.


Shipping Damage (Glass)

IF YOU BELIEVE THE GLASS CRACKED DURING SHIPMENT, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier and present the item to them as proof of mishandling.

You must take photos showing that proper protective measures were in place, such as bubble wrap and fragile tape.

Note: Broken or damaged glass is not covered under our warranty and will not be replaced by Fantomtec.


Kindly follow the instructions carefully to minimize unnecessary back-and-forth communication. This will help us address your concerns promptly and ensure our email system remains efficient.

If you received a damaged item through USPS, please email Fantomtec.info@gmail.com with the required information below to help us expedite a claim with USPS and arrange a replacement if applicable.

Filing a USPS claim certifies that all information provided is accurate and truthful. Any false or misleading information may result in penalties under U.S. law (Title 18, Sec. 1001).

Following these steps ensures we can file a proper claim with USPS and promptly process your replacement.
