At Fantomtec, all products are made to order and customized specifically for each customer. Because of this, all sales are final.


Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed.


Warranty Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a lifetime warranty on specific components.

The warranty covers:

  • Faulty wiring

  • Defective receivers

  • Malfunctioning internal components

If any of these issues occur, we will provide a replacement for the faulty part or device.


Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under our warranty:

  • Broken or physically damaged glass

  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or external impact

Broken glass will not be accepted for replacement under any circumstances.
