Lifetime Warranty & Replacement Parts

Every Fantom plate is built to last, and we back that with a lifetime warranty on the electrical components. If something stops working, we’ll make it right. And if something breaks, every part of your plate can be replaced, so your Fantom keeps working for years.

What’s covered

Our lifetime warranty covers factory defects in:

  • Wiring, including the harness and power cables
  • Receivers
  • Internal electrical components

If a covered part fails, we’ll send you a replacement for that part or device free of charge.

What’s not covered

  • Broken or physically damaged glass, including cracks, chips and impact damage
  • Broken or damaged ribbon cables
  • Damage from misuse, mishandling, improper installation or external impact, such as accidents, car washes or tampering
  • Products that have been modified, or used with non-Fantom parts

Broken glass can’t be replaced under warranty, but replacement glass is always available below.

How to make a warranty claim

  1. Contact us through our Contact page or at fantomtec.info@gmail.com.
  2. Include your order number, your full name and shipping address, and a description of the issue.
  3. Add photos or a short video of the problem, such as the plate not switching, the indicator light not turning on, or the receiver not responding.
  4. We’ll review your claim and ship your replacement part once it’s approved.

Tip: Before you contact us, check that every numbered connector is fully seated against your wiring diagram and that your power source is live. That fixes most issues in seconds.
